Terms of use

1. General provisions

• 1.1. Acceptance of these Rules is mandatory for participation in "UnderSite" as a webmaster or advertiser.
• 1.2. In case of violation of these Rules, the network administration has the right to block the account user, including cash balance.
• 1.3. In case of re-registration of a violator of these rules, the network administration also has the right to block a new account, including the cash balance.

2. Participation rules for Webmasters

• 2.1 Sites without statistics are not accepted - an external traffic counter must be present.
• 2.2. Throughout the cooperation, the administration of the "UnderSite" network must always have access to the statistics of the participant's site. Payments will not be made without up-to-date access to statistics.
• 2.3. The attendance of the participant's site - from 3000 unique visitors daily for last 7 days.
• 2.4. At least 60% of conversions must come from search sites.
• 2.5. The share of Russian traffic must be at least 50%.
• 2.6. Only sites in Russian or Ukrainian languages are accepted to participate in the "UnderSite" network.
• 2.7. Sites that contain:
• 2.7.1 propaganda of violence, racial or any other discrimination, propaganda against an individual, groups or organizations;
• 2.7.2 calls to commit extremist actions, incitement to social, racial, national or religious discord, propaganda and public demonstration of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols and other prohibited information;
• 2.7.3 any content that infringes copyright;
• 2.8. Any "cheating" of transitions is prohibited, incl. automatic, manual, surfing services, agitation of visitors to click on ads, etc. The administration reserves the right not to pay webmasters suspected of cheating until full access to statistics is provided, particular statistics on search traffic.
• 2.8.1. non-standard placement of an ad unit is prohibited (inside a pop-up window, clicker, video player, etc.) without prior agreement with your manager. Otherwise, the administration reserves the right to refuse payment.
• 2.9. Financial relationships:
• 2.9.1 payments to webmasters are made weekly on Mondays only to Z-wallet webmoney;
• 2.9.2 minimum payout amount — 10 WMZ;

3. Participation Rules for Advertisers

• 3.1. The content of the ad must match the content of the page to which the ad leads. link.
• 3.2. It is forbidden to add images of the same type.
• 3.3. Ads with photographs of diseases, images of body parts of people with severe overweight, advertising that uses pictures with a pronounced erotic content, shots from horror films and the like.
• 3.4. inappropriate use of capital letters is prohibited in the text and heading of the advertisement.
• 3.5. Financial relationships:
• 3.5.1. the advertiser makes 100% prepayment for the services provided;
• 3.5.2. minimum deposit amount 3000 wmr;
• 3.5.3. withdrawal of funds from the advertiser's account is not provided;
• 3.6.It is forbidden to create more than one account. When a user has 2 or more accounts, the administration of the advertising network reserves the right to block them without refund money.
• 3.7. The use of redirected links is prohibited. The exceptions are links of well-known affiliate programs.
• 3.8. It is forbidden to post campaigns using subscriptions, vapklik, questionnaires or sweepstakes.
• 3.9. It is forbidden to post campaigns leading to pages containing blocks of third-party advertising networks, or overloaded with third-party advertising.
• 3.10. It is forbidden to replace transit and landing pages without submitting an advertisement for moderation.

4. Final provisions

• 4.1. Administration "UnderSite" reserves the right to change these rules at any time without coordination with Partners. Partners are obliged to independently monitor changes in the provisions of these Rules and stick to them.

5. Disclaimer

• 5.1. The offered goods and services are not provided by order of a person or enterprise, operating the WebMoney Transfer system.
